Andriani Kalintiri

Dr. Andriani Kalintiri is a Senior Lecturer in Competition Law at King’s College London’s Dickson Poon School of Law. She holds a PhD from Queen Mary University of London (2015), an LLM from the University of Cambridge (2011), and an LLB from the University of Athens (2010). Her expertise spans EU competition law, judicial review mechanisms, and evidence standards in enforcement. She serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of European Competition Law & Practice and the European Competition and Regulatory Law Review, and has advised the Greek government on legal reforms under the ECN+ Directive.

Her research focuses on mitigating uncertainty in enforcement through procedural fairness and legal certainty. Key areas include parental liability in competition law, hybrid cartel settlements, and the Charter of Fundamental Rights’ role in enforcement. She has published widely in leading journals and authored a monograph on evidence standards in EU competition law.
