Andrey Yakshin is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente’s MESA+ Institute, specializing in XUV Optics. His research focuses on surface physics, thin film interfaces, and materials characterization using techniques like Low-Energy Ion Scattering (LEIS). He has contributed to understanding W/Si and W/Al multilayer systems, interface dynamics, and nanoscale material behavior.
