Andrew Miller is an Assistant Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, joining in 2025. He specializes in AI and Law, Privacy Law, and Consumer Protection. His teaching focuses on Civil Procedure, Administrative Law, and Law & Technology intersections. Previously, he held roles at Yale Law School, including Clinical Lecturer, Director of the Private Law Clinic (co-founded 2022), and Research Scholar. His research addresses algorithmic decision-making impacts in consumer markets and AI-related harms. He clerked for Judge Diane Wood (7th Circuit) and worked at Loevy & Loevy, litigating facial recognition misuse cases. He frequently presents on AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and legal challenges posed by emerging technologies.
