Max N. Helveston is a Full-Time Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Strategic Initiatives at DePaul University College of Law. He joined DePaul in 2011 after completing his JD at Yale Law School and clerking for Judge Richard D. Cudahy on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
- Education: BA from University of Michigan; JD from Yale Law School
His teaching and research focus on consumer protection, insurance law, health law, and commercial law, with recent publications in the Georgia Law Journal, Washington University Law Review, and New York University Journal of Law and Business. He serves on the faculty as a full-time academic and has previously worked as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
