Andrew McInnes is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, Charles Sturt University. He joined the university in July 2018 after serving as Program Chair of Policing and Security Programs at Rabdan Academy in the UAE. With over 30 years of experience as a police officer in the Police Service of Northern Ireland, including Deputy Head of Training and Development at the Police Training College in Belfast, he bridges academic and practical expertise in law enforcement, leadership, and security disciplines.
