Douglas Allan is the Acting Head of School at the Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, Charles Sturt University. He holds a PhD in Criminology from the Australian National University (2022), focusing on financial crime tradecraft. His professional background spans law enforcement and public sector fraud investigations in New Zealand, Scotland, England, and the EU.
