Andrew Martin, Ph.D., is a Senior Research Scientist in the Intelligent Transportation Systems and Traffic Management section at the University of Kentucky's Stanley and Karen Pigman College of Engineering since 2010. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky (2015), where his dissertation applied social network analysis to study campaign contributions' impacts on congressional behavior.
