Andrew J. Stetson is a Professor and Director of the School of Music at Texas Tech University. His multifaceted career spans performance, education, scholarship, and administration. A versatile trumpeter, he serves as Principal Trumpet of the Steamboat Springs Symphony Orchestra and has performed with numerous orchestras, including the Boston Philharmonic, Houston Symphony, and Lubbock Symphony, while appearing as a soloist internationally with ensembles like Brazil’s Orquestra Sinfônica do Recife.
