Professor Andrew Hill is the Associate Pro Vice Chancellor: Research at York St John University, overseeing the Research Excellence Framework (REF2029) submission and leading the Postgraduate Research School. Previously, he held roles including Head of the School of Sport and Head of Postgraduate Research. His research focuses on perfectionism’s consequences across sport, education, and workplaces, with over 200 publications.
