Andrew Carnes

Dr. Andrew Carnes serves as Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Management at Western Carolina University's College of Business, School of Economics, Management, and Project Management. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from West Virginia University, complemented by a master's in Industrial Relations and dual bachelor's degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from Western Carolina University.

His research explores critical dynamics in organizational behavior including:
