Andrew Burke is a Professor in the Department of English at the University of Winnipeg, specializing in Film and Television Studies, Cultural Studies, and Popular Music Studies. His research focuses on residual media, melancholic musical forms, slow cinema, unofficial archives, and material culture in postwar cinema.
