Andrew P. Buchsbaum is a Lecturer at the University of Michigan Law School, specializing in environmental law, the Great Lakes, and political organizing. From 2014 to 2021, he served as Vice President for Conservation Partnerships at the National Wildlife Federation (NWF), overseeing collaborations across 52 U.S. states and territories. Prior to that, he directed NWF’s Great Lakes office and its political arm, co-founding the 115-organization Healing Our Waters Coalition and negotiating the Great Lakes Water Resources Compact.
