Dr. Andrew Bills is a Full Academic Status Research Fellow at Flinders University's College of Education, Psychology and Social Work. His work focuses on educational leadership, policy analysis, and addressing systemic inequities through action research and appreciative inquiry. He has led multiple ARC-funded projects and collaborates with organizations like Catholic Education South Australia and Big Picture Education Australia.
