Prof. Dr. Andreas Kellerhals is a Full Professor ad personam at the Europa Institute, University of Zurich, specializing in commercial law, European law, and private law. He leads the LL.M. in International Business Law program, focusing on continuing legal education. His research emphasizes EU-Swiss legal relations, competition law, and cross-border business regulation. He teaches courses on US and European business law, coordinates the Miami Exchange Program with Miami Law School, and advises master’s theses in commercial law.
His academic contributions include monographs like European Union Business Law (2018) and European Law in a Nutshell (2016), analyzing EU legal frameworks and comparative competition policies.
