Andreas Borgeas is a Research Professor and Scholar-in-Residence at San Joaquin College of Law since 2007. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law School, a Ph.D. from Panteion University, an M.A.L. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Northern Arizona University. His career includes roles as a judicial clerk at the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of California, international law practitioner at Luce Forward, and federal commissioner on the U.S.-China Economic & Security Review Commission. He has served as a California State Senator and currently leads the Greece-Africa Power (GAP) interconnection project and California Strategy Group.
