Andrea Weinberger is Professor of Psychology at Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. Her research specializes in nicotine addiction, focusing on vulnerable populations including adults with co-occurring psychiatric disorders and women. She investigates behavioral treatment development and variables influencing smoking behaviors like expectancies, cue reactivity, and stress.
With over 65 peer-reviewed publications on smoking-related topics, she teaches clinical interviewing, motivational interviewing, health behavior change, and addiction topics. She maintains office space in the Rousso Building at Yeshiva University's Resnick campus.
