Andrea Peripoli is a Bye-Fellow at the University of Cambridge, with law degrees from the Universities of Bologna, Cambridge, and the European University Institute (EUI), where he is completing his PhD. He has taught EU law, Roman law, labour law, and law and economics at the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics (LSE).
Research Interests:
- Analyzing the relationship between juridical concepts and socio-economic processes
- European trade law and its implications for labor rights
- Cognitive sciences, game theory, and economic sociology in legal contexts
- Legal representation of 'the market' and its interpretation by the European Court of Justice
