Ms. Tvisha Shroff is a researcher at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge. Her work intersects Labour Law, Economic Development, and Global Governance, with a focus on socio-legal frameworks and international standards.

Her research investigates the legal dimensions of economic development, global governance, and digital trade. She analyzes how international frameworks, such as the International Labour Standards and the Global Deal for Decent Work, can address challenges in labor rights and inclusive growth.
Recent publications highlight her expertise in digital trade regulation, legitimacy in global labor governance, and socio-legal approaches to labor standards. These works span interdisciplinary analyses of policy, human rights, and socio-economic impacts in both national and international contexts.
