Dr. Andrea Mulligan is an Associate Professor of Law at the School of Law, Trinity College Dublin, specializing in Medical Law and Bioethics with a focus on the legal regulation of human reproduction, including abortion, assisted reproduction, and maternity care. She leads the IRC-funded CORALE Project examining conscientious objection in abortion services in Ireland and serves as a Commissioner at the Law Reform Commission of Ireland since 2020.
