Andrea Giunta

Andrea Giunta is a Professor of Latin American and Contemporary Art at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Principal Researcher at CONICET, Argentina. She holds visiting roles as a Scholar at The University of Texas at Austin and a Visiting Professor at EHESS (Paris). Giunta specializes in feminist art criticism, Latin American avant-garde movements, and the intersection of cultural politics with artistic production. Her research bridges historical analysis with contemporary debates on race, gender, and empathy in art.
