Andrea Garmyn is an Academic Specialist in Teaching and Outreach at Michigan State University's Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, within the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. She serves as faculty coordinator and coach for the MSU Meat Judging Team, faculty liaison for the MSU Meat Laboratory, and teaches courses such as ANS 200B (Introduction to Meat Evaluation), ANS 300B (Advanced Meat Judging), and FSC 433 (Food Processing - Muscle Foods).
