Dr Andrea Dolcetti is a Lecturer at Macquarie Law School and a member of the Ethics and Agency Research Centre. He holds a DPhil in Law from the University of Oxford, where he was also a Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at Trinity College. His interdisciplinary research focuses on sovereignty, legal interpretation, constitutional theory, and the philosophy of law. Dr Dolcetti has held positions as a Research Associate at Oxford's Programme for the Foundations of Law and Constitutional Government and as a Corresponding Fellow at the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy (University of Genoa). He is actively involved in the International Association of Constitutional Law's research group on 'Membership and Exclusion under Constitutions'.
