Dr. Andi Hoxhaj is a Lecturer in Law and Director of the European Law LLM pathway at King’s College London’s Dickson Poon School of Law. He holds a PhD and LLM from the University of Warwick and an LLB from London Metropolitan University. His research focuses on corruption, migration, EU law, and the Western Balkans, with notable publications on anti-corruption policies and regional stability. He contributed to the UK-Albania Joint Communique (2022) and advised on migration flows from Albania to the UK. Awards include OBE (2024), Warwick Teaching Excellence (2021), and British Academy Rising Star (2018). He consults for Freedom House and the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime.
