Anders Richtnér

Anders Richtnér is an Associate Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), affiliated with the SSE Institute for Research (SIR). He concurrently serves as Partner at Navigio and previously held leadership roles including CEO of SSE Executive Education and Vice President at BTS. Recognized as one of Sweden’s top 'super-talents,' his research focuses on innovation management, organizational knowledge transfer, and strategic education design. He conducts research at SSE’s House of Innovation and Center for Sports and Business, emphasizing pioneering educational approaches and global challenges curricula.

His academic career includes visiting research roles at Babson College (Social Innovation Fellow since 2015) and Politecnico di Milano (2002), as well as the University of Cape Town (2007). His doctoral work on downsizing and innovation earned the EFMD/Emerald Outstanding Doctoral Award. Current research projects address knowledge transfer in multinational corporations, innovation measurement frameworks, and collaborative innovation partnerships.
