Anders Grønlund is a Researcher at the Centre for Languages and Literature (SOL) at Lund University, Sweden. His work focuses on screen production and location studies within the Nordic and Arctic regions, examining transnational collaborations and place branding.

Research Interests center on Arctic and Nordic film/television production practices, with a particular emphasis on mobility trends in Scandinavian runaway production. His doctoral research at the University of Copenhagen (2023) explored international-local production dynamics in Greenland, influencing his ongoing work on topics like Arctic noir and Scandinavian Creative AI collaborations.
Recent Trends in his publications analyze production landscapes, transnational storytelling, and the interplay between Arctic representation and economic development. Collaborative projects span Greenlandic/Danish partnerships and Nordic film incentive frameworks.
