Andel V. Nicasio

Dr. Andel V. Nicasio is an Associate Professor in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program at Albizu University in Puerto Rico. She serves as Co-Director of the Center for Trauma, Stress, and Health and contributes to policy development as a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) Advisory Committee on Climate Change. Her work focuses on trauma recovery, telehealth, and scalable interventions for post-disaster resilience in diverse communities.
