Anca Lustrea

Anca Lustrea is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Sociology and Psychology, West University of Timișoara. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University and serves as director of the Educational Counseling and Integration (CIE) master's program. Dr. Lustrea specializes in psychopedagogy of learning disabilities with expertise in hearing impairment and inclusive education methodologies.

Her research focuses on school inclusion, curricular adaptation, psychopedagogical interventions, and virtual learning environments. Recent work examines online assessment accommodations, teacher training for inclusive education, and cross-cultural virtual classrooms.

Dr. Lustrea is active in university service as a member of the UVT Psychopedagogical Assistance Center and Psychopedagogical Therapies and Counseling Clinic. She mentors early-career teachers through EduMentorLab and directs the postgraduate program "Student-centered education", providing professional development for pre-university educators.
