Anat Keller is a Global Associate Professor of Law and Senior Reader in Financial Law at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London. She holds a home affiliation as Senior Reader in Financial Law and has been with King's since April 2016, previously teaching at University College London (2007–2016). Her qualifications include a PhD from Queen Mary University of London (Centre for Commercial Law Studies), an LLM from the London School of Economics, and first-class degrees in Management and Law (magna cum laude).
Dr. Keller is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and serves as a Research Fellow at King's Business School's Centre for Data Analytics for Finance and Macroeconomics. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Deputy Chief Examiner of the University of London.
Her research focuses on financial regulation, macroprudential policy, and consumer protection in financial markets. A key work is her 2020 monograph Legal Foundations of Macroprudential Policy: An Interdisciplinary Approach (Cambridge: Intersentia). Recent research includes a British Academy-funded project (Operationalising Purposeful Culture in Financial Firms) analyzing how organizational culture impacts consumer outcomes in financial institutions.
Her professional roles include leadership in academic examinations and interdisciplinary research initiatives, reflecting her expertise in bridging legal frameworks with financial market practices.
