Dr. Anastasia Snelling is a Professor in the Department of Health Studies at American University, where she also serves as MS Director for Health Promotion Management. A registered dietitian with over thirty years in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she directs the Healthy Schools, Healthy Communities Lab and authored the foundational text "Introduction to Health Promotion" (Jossey Bass, 2014).
