Anas Alkayal

Dr. Anas Alkayal is a Lecturer in Organic and Practical Chemistry at the University of Surrey's School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. He holds a PhD in Medicinal Organic Chemistry (Al Baath University, Syria) and a PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. His expertise spans organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and electrochemistry, with a focus on green chemistry methods for sustainable drug synthesis and CO₂ valorization.
