Ana Matorras Díaz-Caneja

Ana Matorras Díaz-Caneja is a full Professor at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where she holds a position in the ICADE Faculty of Law and the Department of Economic and Social Law. With over 22 years of academic experience, she specializes in labor and social security law, focusing on interdisciplinary analysis of compensation systems, international labor mobility, and the impact of legal reforms.

Her research explores cutting-edge topics such as transnational workforce regulations, pension system reforms, and legal frameworks for flexible compensation. She has authored over 20 publications in prestigious legal journals and serves as Director of the ICADE Review since 2012.

Key awards include two Sexenio research grants (1999-2004 and 2005-2012) and ANECA certification as a university professor (2006). She concurrently serves as a member of the Spanish Economic and Social Council since 2013 and leads initiatives in international business and diversity through the Comillas Cátedra program.
