Ana Soler Presas

Dr. Ana Soler Presas is a full-time Professor at the Faculty of Law (ICADE) of Universidad Pontificia Comillas, specializing in Private Law. She holds a Ph.D. in Law (1997) and has taught continuously at her alma mater since 1991, focusing on Obligations Law, Contract Law, and Damage Law. Her research emphasizes contractual liability, damages assessment, and civil law frameworks. She has served as Director of the Department of Private Law (2003–2005) and Secretary General of the University (2004–2008, 2014–2021), demonstrating institutional leadership. Key awards include the Sexenio Campo 9 (1995–2009) and ACAP certification (2006). Her work bridges theoretical and applied legal issues, including digital privacy and corporate contractual disputes.
