Antonio Jesús Alonso Timón

Antonio Jesús Alonso Timón is an Associate Professor at the ICADE - Faculty of Law of the Pontifical University of Comillas. He holds roles as Coordinator of the Administrative Law Area and Director of the Center for Legal Innovation (CID-ICADE). He has 25 years of experience in teaching at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels, focusing on subjects like administrative litigation, urban law, and public policy.

He earned his Doctorate in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. His research interests span Urban Planning, Rail Sector Regulation, Administrative Law, and Regulated Sectors. He has authored over 100 publications, including articles on urban policy, pandemic governance, and digital transformation in public administration.
