معرفی
Ana Gledović is a Researcher at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, where she has been employed since November 2018. Her work focuses on developing low-energy nanoemulsions with natural antioxidants for cosmetic applications, utilizing physicochemical and in vitro characterization methods.
- Education: Faculty of Pharmacy (Graduated 2008)
- Professional Experience: Private sector pharmacist (2009-2015), editor at a pharmaceutical marketing agency (2015-2018), research intern (2018-2022), and research associate (2022–present) at University of Belgrade
Her research explores the optimization of nanoemulsions for antioxidant delivery, particularly using plant oils and extracts like red raspberry seed oil. She investigates formulation parameters (surfactants, antioxidants), stability under varying conditions, and biological activity through advanced analytical techniques like Raman spectroscopy and textural analysis.
Ana's publications (7 scientific papers + 1 book chapter) center on nanoemulsion technology for topical formulations. Her work includes collaborative projects funded by Serbia's Innovation Fund (skin photoaging nano-serum) and the Ideas project (NanoCellEmoCog), examining neuroimmune effects of drug candidates via nano- and hiPSC-based platforms.
She contributes to practical teaching in Cosmetology within integrated academic studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Her current research involves doctoral studies in cosmetology and participation in interdisciplinary projects combining pharmaceutical technology with biomedical applications.
