Ana Genc is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. Specializing in mental health, trauma, and stress processes, she has developed psychometric instruments like the Empathy Assessment Questionnaire (EMI), Grief Support Questionnaire (UPT), and Rape Myths Questionnaire (UMS).
- Education: Psychology degree (2004), Master's (2009), and PhD (2014) from the University of Novi Sad.
- Certifications: Transactional Analysis, psychodrama psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, and national psychotherapy certification.
Her research focuses on trauma (rape, peer violence, mobbing), grief support, test anxiety, and memory distortions. She has authored/co-authored four key publications, emphasizing psychometric instrument development and trauma-related mental health trends.
