Ana Fonseca

Ana Fonseca is an Assistant Professor at the Lisbon School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a researcher at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law (CEID). She specializes in Non-performance of Obligations and Law of Guarantees, with a growing focus on Artificial Intelligence and its legal implications.
