Ana Cros

Dr. Ana Cros is a Professor in the Department of Applied Physics at the University of Valencia, affiliated with the Institute of Materials Science of Valencia (ICMUV). Her research focuses on semiconductor nanowires, quantum dots, and heterostructures, particularly GaN/AlN-based systems. She employs Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence, and theoretical models to study strain effects, surface vibrational modes, and optical properties.
