Dr. Amy McCann is an Associate Professor of Music at Murray State University, specializing in clarinet performance and music theory. A former military musician, she performs with symphony orchestras and is a Reed Making Specialist for Precision Reed Products.
Education includes:

- M.M. from West Virginia University
- B.M. from Indiana University
Her research on reed acoustics and Mozart interpretation earned recognition as a 2016 International Clarinet Association Research Competition finalist.
