Amy Halbrook

Amy Halbrook is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Experiential Learning at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She founded the Children's Law Center Clinic, representing clients in child protection, custody, juvenile justice, and special education cases.

• Scholarly focus on juvenile justice reform, children's rights, and restorative justice

Her recent legal scholarship and amicus briefs address constitutional challenges in child custody, education law, and juvenile rights. She also serves as Board Chair of Community and Restorative Justice-Covington.
