Ross L. Baer is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Abraham S. Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice, affiliated with the Department of Human Services. He teaches Family Law, Juvenile Law, and Children’s Rights, drawing on over three decades of legal experience in Florida.
