Amy Desrochers DiVasta

Dr. Amy Desrochers DiVasta serves as Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and Chief of the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. She holds an MD from Tufts University School of Medicine and an MMSc from Harvard School of Public Health.

Her research focuses on:

• Building the largest US database/biorepository for adolescent endometriosis
• Clinical trials investigating mechanical stimulation to preserve bone density in anorexia patients
• Long-acting reversible contraception access for medically complex adolescents

Awarded the Huffman Capraro Award (2006) and Von L. Meyer Award (2003), she leads the Boston Center for Endometriosis and co-directs the Adolescent LARC Program.
