Amy Berry

Amy Berry is a Tutor and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy with over 25 years of experience in higher education roles spanning assessment, educational development, and teaching. She currently serves as a module and personal tutor in the BA Education and BA Early Childhood Studies programs at Manchester Metropolitan University's School of Education. Her roles have included Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning Lead, Disability Coordinator, and Placement Lead. Previously, she held module leader positions at the University of Salford and Royal Northern College of Music. Her scholarly interests focus on HE students' critical thinking practices, relational pedagogies, and student wellbeing and inclusion. She is advice and guidance trained, with expertise in supporting student success and pastoral care.
