Amos N. Guiora is a Lecturer at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah. He holds a Ph.D. from Leiden University, a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and an A.B. in History from Kenyon College. His work focuses on bystander complicity, institutional negligence, and counterterrorism ethics.
