Jared C. Bennett serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah's College of Law, concurrently holding the position of United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Utah since 2020. His academic tenure began in 2004, covering courses in Environmental Law, Environmental Crimes, Constitutional Law, Natural Resources, Property Law, and Administrative Law. He authored the textbook Environmental Crime: Pollution and Wildlife Enforcement (Wolters Kluwer, 2019), utilized in legal education globally.
