Prof. Amir Natan is a faculty member at Tel Aviv University's School of Electrical Engineering and Department of Physical Electronics. He leads the Nano-Materials and Devices Theoretical Modeling Group and contributes to the PARSEC real-space DFT code development.
Education:
- B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from Hebrew University
- M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University
- Ph.D. in Chemistry from Weizmann Institute
His research bridges Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science through theoretical modeling of materials and devices. Key focus areas include:
