Aminath Shausan

Aminath Shausan is a Postdoctoral Researcher at CSIRO’s Australian e-Health Research Centre, specializing in mathematical modelling, statistics, and data science. She applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to study antimicrobial resistance (AMR) trends in Northern Australia, integrating spatial modelling and patient pathway analysis across healthcare and environmental systems. Her work leverages data from the CSIRO-developed HOTspots platform, which monitors AMR in humans, animals, and the environment.
