Amelie Y. K. Chan

Amelie Y. K. Chan is a Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Design, where she has been affiliated since 2014 through the Creativity and Design Education Lab. She began teaching in the BA(Hons) in Digital Media program during her Ph.D. studies in 2015.

Her research and teaching focus on Digital Content Design, Film, Animation, and Creativity Research, informed by over seven years of industry experience across Dubai, London, Beijing, and Hong Kong. She works in a fast-paced design studio environment, emphasizing experimentation and development of strong design sense.
