Dr. Amelia Greiner Safi is a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Communication at Cornell University. With 15 years of experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary research, she specializes in translational public health work that bridges research, practice, and policy.
- Current research domains include Cancer Disparities, Flooding/Sustainability, Antimicrobial Resistance, Strategic Communication, Healthcare Discrimination, Workforce Development, and Tobacco Warning Labels
- Teaches Public Health Foundations 2 (VTPEH 6102) and Public Health Communication (VTPEH 6191)
- Key collaborator with CDC, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and UN Ocean Conference initiatives
