Amel Djouadi is a Senior Lecturer of Arabic and French in the World Languages & Cultures department at the University of Tennessee. Born and raised in North Africa, she combines her deep connection to Arabic language and culture with a passion for education, fostering excellence through dynamic learning environments. Fluent in Arabic, French, and possessing rudimentary German skills, she teaches diverse student populations, emphasizing cultural and social nuances.
Education:
- Baccalaureate in Arabic Language and Literature ("Al Adab Al Arabee")
- Bachelor's and Master's in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration (University of Algiers)
- Master's in Liberal Arts (University of Arkansas Little Rock, USA) focusing on school management, teaching, and education
Research and Teaching Focus: Her work centers on curriculum development, intercultural communication through language education, and bridging cultural gaps via pedagogy.
