Amedeo Rizzo is a Research Fellow at Bocconi University and coordinates the Accounting & Tax Policy Research Centre, Transfer Pricing Forum, and Tax Strategies Project at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He holds a DPhil in Law (PhD) at the University of Oxford, Exeter College, researching tax incentives for innovation. He is also a Transatlantic Technology Law Forum Fellow at Stanford Law School and University of Vienna, focusing on law & technology intersections. His roles include advising Transparency International Italy on anti-corruption strategies and co-founding Imperium Audit SpA. He previously worked at the EU’s DG ECFIN and PwC’s International Tax team, and contributed to policy discussions at the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability in India.

His research interests span International Corporate Taxation, Law and Technology, Innovation Policy, and Environmental Taxation. He has published widely in journals like International Tax Studies and contributed to books on Brexit tax scenarios and environmental taxation post-COVID.
